Sous Chef required to join the team based at this multi site visitor attraction. Supporting a team of 5 chefs, 4 KPs. Floor staff around 20 depending on open units. Covers per day ranges, weekends can be (Apply online only) and during the week (Apply online only). Service style is fast paced/ hospitality on a daily basis and banqueting during the events. Site has been recently refurbished. Shift pattern is 5 out 7 and will include weekends and Bank Holiday Immediate start
