Support the deployment and configuration of the Business Management System including toolset deployment in the creation of a new project.
Support requirements relating to certification activities in support of the Business Assurance and Certification Team.
Have the ability to analyse data effectively identifying themes, trends and improvements.
Provide support to functions with Business Management System queries and problem resolution.
Champion the principles of the Business Management System including user training.
Support the business in determining process effectiveness measures.
* Experience of managing a business management toolset (Proquis, Aris, GBTech or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of process definition and mapping BPMN 2.0 or equivalent.
* Knowledge/education of Quality (AS9100, quality standards, etc.).
* Effective stakeholder management with the ability to advise and influence wider function stakeholders and quality director.
Desirable:
* Quality Internal audit training or equivalent.
