Overview
We 're a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Chiropractic care across three clinic locations in Buckinghamshire. We've expanded rapidly and are urgently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who's looking for part time flexible working from home (alhough we will need to meet in person occasionallly), enjoys working with numbers and can also support with day-to-day finance administration.
Duties
* Managing bookkeeping tasks (reconciliations in Xero and our practice management system (Cliniko), expense tracking, reporting)
* Reconciling card payments via Stripe on individual therapists' accounts with our practice management system
* Reconciling staff income payment spreadsheets with practice management system
* Invoicing health insurance companies and medico legals companies manually and via online portals and reconciling payments
* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
* Supporting the team with general finance admin task
Experience
* 2 years bookkeeping and/or proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position.
* Proficiency with Xero accounting software is essential.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Practive and dependeable you will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
