A main building contractor are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to the forthcoming retirement of a current employee.
The projects undertaken are varied, both new build and refurbishment, within the high end residential, heritage and commercial fields and valued usually in the £1M - £5M range.
Employment is based at their office in the Morden / Mitcham area
