Requirements:
o Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Making new and review outpatient appointments according to priority and date order, adhering to NHS referral and waiting time guidelines
Managing outpatient waiting lists and booking appointments using hospital IT systems like PAS and e-Referral systems, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance of bookings
Communicating with patients over the phone to arrange, confirm, change, or cancel appointments, providing information about appointment times, locations, and any necessary preparations
Liaising with healthcare professionals, clinicians, and other departments to coordinate appointments and maintain clinic schedules
Working Hours:
Band 3 -. Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
