Location - Leeds, West Yorkshire - hybrid option
Salary: Package of £60,000 + Bonus

Role Summary:
We are working exclusively on this role for our client, a leading Media Asset & Events business in Leeds. Due to continued strategic growth, the company is looking to recruit a Sales Lead or Manager to work within a pivotal role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a business experiencing strong growth and positive change in the coming years, with this role playing a key part. Working closely with the MD and Marketing Manager, you will work strategically to implement a Business Development plan, lead a small team of Account Managers, and manage a key portfolio of clients, building relationships and developing business.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Lead the team of Account Managers, coaching, developing, and succession planning, continually assessing performance levels.
* Drive revenue and growth across key sector areas, managing your own key accounts and developing those relationships.
* Work with the MD to develop and successfully implement a strong Business Development plan.
* Assess sales pipeline and report on activity regularly.
* Make recommendations for improvements across the Sales and Business Development functions.
* Evaluate sector trends and ensure the service proposition meets and exceeds client priorities.
* Represent the business at high-profile industry events within the UK and internationally.
