The Role:
This role will involve managing the purchasing function in its entirety, engaging and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, procurement support, operational cash management, shaping the purchasing processes and implementing improvements necessary.
* Responsible for AP function in its entirety, invoicing, processing and reconciliations
* Taking the lead in projects, being main point of contact for external stakeholders
* Validating and processing construction-related costs
* Financial control over procurement, invoice approval workflows, and VAT compliance
* Checking invoices, processing payments and ensuring accurate PO matching and budget coding
* Managing bank transactions and cashbook reconciliations
* Assist with cash flow forecasts and facility planning
* Balance sheet reconciliations and accruals
* Cost allocations and support monthly cost reporting
* Handle all supplier queries

Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience managing AP functions and processing
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and technical skills
* Ability to confidently build relationships with external stakeholders
* Proactive and can-do attitude
* Proficient in Sage or similar and excel
