CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.\n \nWe are recruiting a Plumbing & Heating engineer to join our team in Newcastle!\n \nPlumber Role Summary\n\nEnsure that routine maintenance is carried out to all Heating & Air-conditioning plant\nEnsure that Evaporation Cooling Systems and Domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard.\nEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.\nTo carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to other site plant as required.\nEnsure a professional image of CBRE Managed Services is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.\n\nPlumber Hours\n\nMonday - Friday\n3 weeks 07:30 - 15:30 & 1 week of 09:30 - 18:00\nOvertime & weekend flexibility required\n\nOn-Call schedule available!\n\nPlumber Qualifications & Experience\n\nExperience of maintaining Pumps, Motors and Valves\nSound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities\nTime served plumber to NVQ Level 1\n \nEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES\nWe are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate on the grounds of gende...
