* Assisting with quotes, schedules, load lists, budgets, and H&S paperwork
* Attending project and production meetings, taking notes and chasing actions
* Coordinating communication between internal teams and external suppliers
* Helping manage resources, materials, deliveries, and returns
* Assist with technical setups—AV, lighting, projections, and other production tech.
* Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and supplier paperwork
* Supporting workshop, design, technical and production teams day to day
* Keeping stakeholders informed as briefs and schedules evolve
* Getting involved in weekly production meetings and live project coordination
* Pitching in with general admin and project tasks as required

* Comfortable communicating with different teams and suppliers
* Happy working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

* Work on exciting, varied projects – no two days are the same
* Develop your skills across production, project management, and technical operations.
* A supportive environment with real opportunity to develop your career
