As an Account Executive, you’ll help businesses streamline their operations, lower costs, and unlock access to premium shipping solutions typically reserved for major corporate clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Customer Relationship Building
* Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with new and existing SME clients
* Understand customer shipping patterns and identify opportunities for optimisation
* Deliver personalised support and become a trusted advisor
Sales Training & Development
* Participate in a structured 12‑month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning
* Benefit from a blended learning model including residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and field coaching
Account Management
* Manage newly onboarded accounts, supporting them with pricing, billing, queries, and service improvements
* Solve customer issues quickly and collaboratively with internal teams
