About the role As an Advanced Team Member, youll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and to the highest standards. Youll take ownership of a specific piece of equipment, acting as a subject matter expert and supporting both performance and reliability. From resolving day-to-day issues and conducting product testing to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, youll be hands-on in delivering great results. Using problem-solving tools and daily management systems, youll help reduce waste and drive continuous improvement. You'll also support your team by coaching others and sharing your knowledge.
