Delaware North UK is hiring casual Hospitality Managers to join our team in time for the summer season at Stadium of Light, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be managing teams, leading collaboration and operational strategy to deliver first class dining experiences and outstanding services for our guests.

* Demonstrate leadership to teams, directing and developing a strong front line of team members and supervisors, promoting service excellence
* Elevate the guest experience, delivering top tier service and satisfaction
* Lead the efficient handling of transactions
* Effectively manage operational excellence, including inventory, staffing, and performance metrics
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
* No degree required
* Experience managing and leading large hospitality teams
* Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
* Skills in leadership, teamwork, organisation, and strategic thinking
