Administrator Location: Slough - Office based Salary: £28000 - £32000 Hours: (Apply online only) Are you a highly organised and detail-orientated individual with a “can-do” attitude? My client is recruiting for an Administrator. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting departments across compliance, HR, training, customer service, facilities management, and IT. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. Coordinating office and facilities management, including fleet and business insurance. Supporting HR administration and liaising with our outsourced HR provider. Leading on-site audits, compliance checks, and customer inspections. Setting up new suppliers and customers and assisting with contracts. Organising staff training and keeping training records up to date. Overseeing health & safety arrangements and reporting. Providing first-line IT support and liaising with external providers. About you: Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach. Previous experience in an administrative role Experience within the logistics industry (advantageous)
