Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, develop, and manage the front of house, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure they perform at their best every day.
2. Take responsibility for health and safety, cleaning, and maintenance to maintain the highest standards at all times.
3. Handle customer queries and ensure customers have a fantastic experience.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Manage the club on a shift basis as Duty Manager, including opening and closing the club.
6. Support the General Manager in the overall running of the club.
Person Specification:
* Outgoing, engaging personality with a hands-on leadership approach and a can-do attitude.
* Impeccable standards and a keen eye for detail.
* Passion for delivering 5-star service and obsessive about operational standards.
* Experience managing high-volume health club/gym operations, preferably with wet side experience.
* Significant fitness industry experience, possibly as a General Manager, Leisure Club Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Front of House Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Duty Manager, ready to step up.
* Own transportation and live within easy reach of Warrington.
* Flexibility to work various shifts during a 40-hour week, including early shifts (starting at 5am), late shifts (up to 11pm), and one in three weekends.
