About the Role: Supporting Teachers and Students: Work collaboratively with teachers across various year groups, providing high-quality support in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons. Deliver small group or individualized instruction to students, tailoring support to meet their specific needs and learning styles. Assist with assessment tasks and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning progress. Create engaging and stimulating learning resources to supplement the curriculum. Promoting Engagement and Inclusion: Implement strategies to differentiate instruction and personalize learning experiences for all students, ensuring inclusivity and catering to diverse learning needs. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students and encourages participation. Build strong relationships with students, providing pastoral support and guidance. Supporting School Operations: Contribute to the smooth running of the classroom by maintaining a safe and organized learning environment. Work collaboratively with other TAs, teachers, and support staff to ensure the effective operation of the school. The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a relevant qualification, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in a relevant subject (desirable). Demonstrates a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices. Has experience working with students of different ages and abilities, with a proven track record of supporting their learning progress. Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.
