Your Role...
* Lead technical projects and manage a team in London within a cost centre comprising approximately 48 H&S professionals.
* Deliver high-quality services for large infrastructure projects and frameworks, working for blue-chip clients and the public sector.
* Grow workload through bidding, proposal writing, resource deployment, and managing infrastructure projects with existing and new clients.
* Work across sectors, supporting internal design teams and external UK and international projects.
* Manage key accounts and oversee a team of around 5 consultants.
* Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and safety assurance services.
Our Team
We are a national team of health and safety professionals managing construction safety and business safety assurance services across the UK and internationally. Based in Central London, our team of about 8 professionals works with internal teams, government bodies, and large organizations, serving clients including blue-chip companies, infrastructure projects, developers, and government agencies. We foster an inclusive culture that promotes development based on ambition, performance, and delivery.
What We Look For
* Extensive consultancy experience delivering construction and business assurance services.
* Experience managing and developing junior team members.
* Proven delivery of CDM duties and support services as Principal Designer and Client.
* Experience conducting audits and inspections for premises and management systems with excellent technical skills.
* Experience reviewing and developing management systems.
* Involvement in developing bids and setting up projects.
* Relevant qualifications and memberships demonstrating expertise.
* Strong communication skills to manage projects and teams effectively.
