Position Details
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively, upholding our commitment to high‑quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team, ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
* Warm, friendly, organised, and self‑motivated. Experience in a care or support environment is required, with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care preferred (Level 2 accepted if the candidate will undertake Level 3).
* Eagerness to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve residents’ wellbeing.
* Previous experience managing team members.
