We are supporting a well-established, family-owned small animal practice in the Buckinghamshire region that is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This practice prides itself on high standards of patient care and building long-term relationships with pets and owners.
You'll be responsible for consultations, surgical and medical cases, working alongside a dedicated team who share a genuine passion for animal health and wellbeing. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, collaborative care and strong client-vet partnerships.
Who we're looking for:
1. A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with significant experience in small animal practice
2. Strong clinical skills, confident in routine surgery, consults and case management
3. Excellent communicator, able to build rapport with both clients and pets
4. Someone who thrives in an independent setting and values autonomy and high standards
