The ideal candidate will have: MRICS or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE Experience working with listed and historic buildings Experience issuing and preparing Scott Schedules Strong project management and budgeting skills A background in building surveys, maintenance, and refurbishments Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities The Role The Building Surveyor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a unique portfolio of historic and modern properties.
