Milk education are recruiting for a mainstream primary school in Liverpool. The staff team is committed to creating a nurturing, structured and aspirational environment where every young person can thrive.

We are seeking a strong academic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high‑quality learning across the school.

This role combines focused 1:1 academic support alongside general classroom responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 Maths support to a Year 3 pupil on Mondays and Fridays
2. Work as a general classroom TA across various subjects for the remainder of the week
3. Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils
4. Assist teachers in delivering learning activities
5. Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour
6. Differentiate and adapt learning support to meet individual needs

We are looking for someone who is:

8. Passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH / SEN needs
9. A strong communicator and effective team player
