First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Generate new business opportunities and secure additional sales revenue.
3. Be proactive across the week attending various different sites, booking meetings and knocking on doors.
4. Promote the company’s powered access and hire solutions to prospective clients.
5. Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent levels of service.
6. Ensure equipment is placed efficiently to meet customer requirements.
7. Represent the company professionally and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
8. Work closely with internal teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
9. Previous experience in powered access sales or a similar hire sector.
10. Proven sales experience with the ability to win and develop business.
11. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
12. Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
13. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
14. Full UK driving licence.
15. A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a successful and expanding business.
