Along with the Data, Insight & Analytics Lead as your mentor, we’ll encourage you to help us to create an ethos of continually improving our services to customers, through relevant KPIs and appropriate targets. This is an essential element of HR OD Transformation, and we need you to help us deliver. Together with the Data, Insight and Analytics Lead, we’ll invite you to shape solutions, drive key business insights and enhance decision making.
