The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours — and, consequently, your earnings. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency in your familiar area, from prospecting to negotiating.
You'll benefit from Nested’s marketing support, including door knocking, direct mail, flyers, and local advertising. You’ll manage client relationships from start to finish, supported by our app and in-house team.
The compensation structure is designed to reward your efforts fairly, starting at 75% revenue share and increasing to 100% as you grow.
This is a comprehensive role that lets you operate estate agency your way, backed by Nested’s resources.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top-tier estate agency experience, including valuing properties, winning clients, and selling.
* Strategic marketing skills and ability to generate leads and build a local valuation pipeline.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
* Deep knowledge of the local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a plus; enthusiasm for personal branding is expected.
