FP&A Manager - Insurance Broker - London (Hybrid) - £80,000 - £100,000 + bonus and benefits
Your new company A well-established organisation with a strong presence in the insurance and financial services sector is looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join one of its fastest growing divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth area and play a key role in shaping future strategy. Your new role You will provide financial planning and analysis support to the business, delivering insights that drive decision-making and growth. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and offers excellent visibility and career progression.Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering FP&A processes including month-end reviews, reforecasts, and annual budgeting.
* Providing performance clarity and actionable insights through KPI analysis and regular reporting.
* Partnering with leadership teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
* Driving improvements in data and reporting automation.
* Supporting financial integration of acquisitions and new products.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong FP&A and business partnering experience (insurance or financial services advantageous).
* Ability to interpret P&L and underlying drivers, simplifying complexity for stakeholders.
* Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Anaplan desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
