The role
Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: We require proven work experience in a similar front-end web experience role, preferably within a marketing agency or retail environment. We need strong experience with HTML, CSS/SASS, PHP, and JavaScript. We require proven experience building marketing-led websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns. We need a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. We need someone who is comfortable working in an agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines. We require experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to CRM packages such as Zoho or similar is desirable. Experience with CMS-driven marketing sites is desirable. Familiarity with performance and optimisation tools such as Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals is desirable. Understanding of CRO principles and marketing analytics is required. Responsibilities: We build responsive, user-focused front-end experiences for marketing websites and campaigns. We develop landing pages, microsites, and interfaces designed to support lead generation and conversion. We collaborate closely with designers to translate designs into production-ready code. We implement animations, interactions, and UI enhancements using modern JavaScript. We optimise front-end performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. We support marketing teams with A/B tests, content updates, and campaign launches. We work within Zoho and other CMS/platform tools to support marketing functionality. We maintain clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code across projects. We manage tasks and feedback through internal project management and CRM systems.
