£45,000–£55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)
We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cloud solutions, and cyber security services to a wide range of UK clients. They’re now looking to expand their commercial team in Cardiff.
The Role: Account Manager – MSP
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and developing new business opportunities — you don’t need to bring accounts with you, as a strong existing client base is already in place. The role also involves new business development and cold calling, alongside managing and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cloud, and cyber security services
Act as the main point of contact for your accounts
Carry out regular account reviews to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Drive new business opportunities and confidently engage in cold calling activityWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
Strong commercial mindset with a natural sales ability
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Proactive, driven, and target-focused attitudeWhat’s On Offer:
