We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Assistant to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering creative, impactful marketing campaigns that inspire and engage our clients travel trade partners.

They are a well-established outbound travel company specialising in creating bespoke long-haul holidays for both B2C and B2B markets. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketer to lead our digital efforts.
About the opportunity:
You’ll be involved in the practical side of marketing delivery, helping to turn campaign plans into live activity. This is a delivery‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting work done rather than sitting in strategy meetings.
On a typical day, you’ll be:
* Updating website content and landing pages
* Building and formatting email campaigns using templates
* Scheduling and posting content across social media
* Uploading and managing offers and campaign assets
* Supporting with basic reporting and performance tracking
* Working closely with the wider marketing team to keep campaigns running smoothly
What we’re looking for
This role would suit:
* Someone with around 1 year of marketing experience
* A self‑motivated individual who is happy working from home
* Someone organised, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* A candidate with a basic understanding of digital marketing channels
* Confident written and verbal communication
* Comfortable working with digital tools and systems

* Starting salary of £26,228 per annum
