Senior charge nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior Charge Nurse (SCN) to join the team at Campbeltown Community Hospital in Kintyre. The Accident and Emergency Department in Campbeltown sees an average of 15 presentations per day and the ward has 15 beds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ward, A&E department, a small haemodialysis unit, day case treatment, and outpatient clinics, ensuring the highest standards of care that deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care, manage operations, and optimise resources to create an efficient, compassionate, and supportive environment.

Campbeltown is located on the Kintyre peninsula in Argyll and Bute, west coast of Scotland.
