Introduction

What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading end-to-end testing for projects spanning digital, retail, data and integrated platforms.
* Working closely with vendors to make sure testing is built in early and delivered consistently across the lifecycle.
* Creating, owning and rolling out project test strategies and plans.
* Coordinating testing across multiple workstreams with complex integration points.
* Providing clear, real-time reporting on progress, risks and quality metrics.
* Championing continuous improvement, including exploring new and innovative test practices (AI, automation, etc.).
* Building and developing a high-performing test team with a strong culture of transparency and trust.
* Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
* Ensuring the right level of resource is in place to support shifting project priorities.
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience leading test management across multi-product or multi-vendor environments.
* Strong understanding of quality measures, KPIs and trend analysis.
* Ability to prioritise under pressure and stay focused on what matters.
* Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
* Experience developing and mentoring high-performing QA/Test teams.
