You will be responsible for the full delivery of projects, managing budgets, labour, compliance, and quality from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in decorating or internal works, with proven experience managing projects and labour forces. You'll be confident running projects independently, ensuring high standards of health & safety, and driving performance on site.
