Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced SEND primary school seeking a full-time PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This rewarding role offers variety and impact—covering across all primary year groups and supporting a range of complex learning needs. As a PPA Teacher, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons and maintaining continuity across the school while class teachers attend planning and training. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons across the primary age range during teachers' PPA time Adapt teaching approaches to suit pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, MLD, and SEMH Foster a calm, structured, and nurturing classroom environment Work collaboratively with the wider staff team and support staff Ensure consistent behaviour expectations and positive reinforcement strategies We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has previous experience teaching in SEND or inclusive primary settings Is confident teaching across a broad primary curriculum Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Is calm, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic learning environments Can commit full-time from September 2025 through the end of the academic year Why Work with Protocol Education?
