Senior Insights & Analytics Lead - Marketing
Bristol (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)
We're working in partnership with a well established, innovative financial services firm who are looking to hire a Senior Insights and Analytics Lead to help them make smarter marketing and customer decisions using their extensive database and digital resources.
You'll use advanced analytics, modelling, and customer insights to guide strategy, improve ROI, and drive business growth.

What you'll do:
* Lead and maintain the Marketing Mix Model (media spend, pricing, promotions, customer data etc. ) ensuring accuracy and usability for marketing decisions.
* Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and marketing teams.
* Develop predictive models to understand customer behaviour, lifetime value, and channel performance.
* Work closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure decisions are evidence-based.
* Promote a culture of data-led decision making and challenge outdated processes.
