Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the wider Operations Team. Manage inboxes, respond to telephone enquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Create, format, and maintain key documents, reports, and presentations. Support the recruitment process - scheduling interviews, assisting with on-boarding tasks. Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth business operations. Work closely with field-based Business Development Managers to support operational efficiency. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-2 years in administration, PA, or business support roles. Sector Knowledge: Ideally from a real estate/property background, though not essential. Skills: Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Mindset: Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
