As an Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender at The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar, you will be part of a small team providing high-quality drinks, exceptional service, and creating the best experience for our guests. You will participate in creating new menus, attend training and tastings, and craft unique, tailor-made cocktails.
Responsibilities of Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender include:
* Hosting guests and making menu recommendations.
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
* Providing attentive, courteous, and professional service of the highest standard to all guests.
* Supporting stock control activities such as date checks, rotation, upselling old/new lines, and reporting underselling lines for replacement.
* Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
The ideal Elsa’s Cocktail Bartender will have:
* Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
* Knowledge of mixology, spirits, and current cocktail trends.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
* Initiative, emotional intelligence, and strong communication and organizational skills.
* The ability to work under pressure.
* A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
* A commitment to high standards expected in a luxury establishment.
