The Role:
As a Level 4 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Deliver PPA across the school.
* Contribute to planning, assessing, and supporting children’s development.
* Lead small group interventions.
* Foster a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
* Help to organise and oversee lunchtimes.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Has experience working in a primary school setting.
* Is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to making a difference.
* Communicates effectively with children, staff, and parents.
* Works well as part of a team and also independently.
