About the Role As a Night Security Service Supervisor you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our 24/7 Security Service. This is a unique opportunity to join a team delivering a vital service that supports the safety and wellbeing of our residents and customers. You’ll be responsible for: Managing a team of Mobile Patrol Officers with a focus on inclusivity, trust, and continuous improvement. Driving service excellence by achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction. Providing supervisory support and guidance and instruction for the Careline and Control room teams. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-performing services. A strong, inclusive leader with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for service improvement. Experience in security service delivery. A commitment to delivering value for money and exceptional customer service.
