Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Crawley / Gatwick
This Senior Town Planner will work across a varied and engaging project portfolio, supporting homeowners, SMEs, charities, public sector organisations, developers and landowners. As a Senior Town Planner, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider business in a collaborative consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing planning applications and appeals
* Providing planning advice to a diverse client base
* Liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders
* Supporting junior planners where appropriate
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience within consultancy or local authority planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision. MRTPI or working towards chartership is preferred.
