Role
* Draft and negotiate contracts and documents with supervision as required
* Assist the senior team members in advising clients on transactions, mergers, acquisitions and disposals
* Play an active role in business development
You
* 1-3 years PQE
* Experience in corporate / M&A law
* Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
