FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Manager to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.
Our client is seeking a talented Senior ServiceNow Product Manager to join their in-house ServiceNow capability, where you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing digital workflows that drive enterprise efficiency and informed decision-making. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering value across a broad range of business units through innovative use of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, configure, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules including JavaScript and ServiceNow’s proprietary tools
2. Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and UI Actions
3. Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and legacy Workflow Editor
4. Develop and maintain Service Portals, including custom widgets, themes, and pages
5. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
6. Manage data via Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Policies, and automated integrations
7. Contribute to configuration management by maintaining the CMDB and leveraging Discovery and Service Mapping
8. Build custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics metrics for data-driven decision-making
9. Define and enforce access control policies using roles and ACLs in alignment with security best practices
10. Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
