Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Governance Administrator to join a busy, supportive team at a respected Housing Association in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role, supporting the smooth running of governance operations, liaising with board members, and helping ensure the organisation meets its regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Attend board and committee meetings to take accurate, professional minutes Liaise confidently with board members and senior stakeholders Coordinate diaries, arrange meetings, and manage agendas and documentation Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and deadlines Maintain accurate and confidential records, registers and filing systems Support the Governance/Corporate Services Team with admin tasks as required Youll Need: Proven experience in administration, ideally within governance or compliance Excellent attention to detail and minute-taking skills Strong organisational and communication skills Confidence working with senior leaders and handling confidential information A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to prioritise effectively Knowledge of the social housing sector is desirable but not essential This is an ongoing temporary role, ideal for someone who enjoys varied, high-level administrative support in a mission-driven organisation.
