We are recruiting for the role of Lettings & Admin Support Officer to join a busy housing association, This role offers flexibility to work from home, with some requirements to attend the office in Warrington as and when needed.This is a temp position, Monday to Friday 9-5, approximate end date end of March.Housing experience is needed.Your new role
* Contacting tenants to arrange access for gas & electrical compliance visits
* Supporting the allocations and lettings team with admin and coordination
* Managing diaries, appointments and follow-ups
* Providing clear, friendly communication to tenants and internal teams
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in lettings, housing, allocations, compliance or similar
* Strong communication and admin skills
* Confidence speaking with tenants and managing access
* Ability to work independently across multiple regions
