The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Quantity Surveyor who is either currently completing their APC or is recently chartered. You will join a well-established, forward-thinking consultancy delivering a broad range of projects across multiple sectors.
This role offers excellent exposure to full project lifecycle delivery, working closely with clients and senior team members in a supportive and collaborative environment. It is an ideal position for someone looking to accelerate their career and gain hands-on experience in running projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and delivering full Quantity Surveying services across varied projects
* Assisting with cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
* Managing budgets, valuations, and financial reporting
* Working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams
* Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion
* Contributing to high-quality client service and project outcomes
About You
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Currently working towards APC or recently achieved MRICS (or equivalent)
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Keen to take ownership and develop project leadership skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
