Overview:
This is an exciting role that offers plenty of variety as no two days are the same. Working closely with a busy family business to support a wide range of tasks - both personal and business related. This would suit a well presented eloquent individual with skills in communication, organisation and multi-tasking. Experience of sales/marketing a plus but strong computer literacy a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
SKIN WITHIN AESTHETICS
Preparation of teaching materials, handouts etc
Manage payments, use of Xero and invoicing
Experience of CRM systems/booking systems
Creation of spreadsheets
Proof reading documents
Acting as liaison between team members
Involvement in our recruitment processes and liaison with clinicians interested in joining our brand
Checking the inbox daily and responding/forwarding any enquires to the relevant team member
Filing and online file maintenance
Placing orders when required
RENTAL PROPERTY
Any property related admin – such as liaising with mortgage companies, solicitors, tenants, insurance companies, utilities & energy companies
Managing monthly meter readings including Chadham House & giving them to Utility Warehouse
Raising monthly invoices
Dressing rooms before viewings
Responding to tenants
Arranging & conducting viewings as and when necessary
Keeping property drop box/filing in order
PERSONAL/FAMILY
Handling general family emails
Managing the family calendar and sending reminders where needed
Booking & managing appointments for the family
Ad-hoc tasks as required by the family
Manage household finances - regular payments/invoices
Opening post daily / sending parcels
Filing of household paperwork
Ad-hoc tasks as required by the family
Hours: P/T to F/T
Days: 4-5 days per week, Monday - Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
