We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Maidstone, starting as soon as possible. The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of children in Nursery and Reception. You will assist with delivering engaging lessons, supporting children individually and in small groups, and fostering a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence. You will also help observe and monitor children’s progress, contribute to assessments, and implement interventions to meet individual learning needs. Collaboration with colleagues and communication with parents is essential to ensure each child receives personalised support and guidance.
