Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Supervisor to work on a permanent contract situated in Preston The role will offer flexibility with working from home. However, will predominately be in the office As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will manage a team of Repairs Advisers and Customer Liaison Officers who are a crucial link between our tenants and the teams delivering our repair and improvement works. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team, carrying out 1:1s, performance reviews, and through coaching and support you will ensure officers have the skills and knowledge to correctly diagnose repairs, schedule works and achieve performance targets whilst providing a service that is tailored to the individual needs of our customers. You will assist the Customer Services Manager to investigate complaints, identify and action learning opportunities and prepare written responses to tenants.
