Community and Events Assistant at South Bank Students' Union These are paid student staff roles, open to London South Bank University students to work alongside their studies only. Role: Community and Events Assistant Salary: £13.85 an hour (London Living Wage) Hours of Work: Variable, averaging 8 to 10 hours a week, starting September 2025 - May 2026 Location: Borough Road Campus with occasional work at other SBSU sites required. We are looking for highly motivated team players with an interest in helping us to run events and build communities. This is a part-time role for LSBU students to take up alongside their studies. This role would suit LSBU students looking to gain experience in Project and Events Management, Community Creation and Supports or Communications. Typical responsibilities in this role would include: Helping create and grow student communities at LSBU Helping us to host spaces where students feel they belong, have fun and make friends.
