Scope of Work
The associate fitness center coordinator is responsible for providing wellness/fitness center members, prospective members, and visitors with a warm greeting, accurate product and service information, and a timely, personal response to requests and/or customer service issues. They consistently provide outstanding customer service in various settings including the welcome center (check-in, cafe, pro shop), fitness floor, locker rooms, and overall facility presentation. They also support membership enrollment as appropriate.
Qualifications
1. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Preferred: 6 months of relevant customer service experience in a high-volume service industry
3. Preferred: Experience with cash handling, accounting, and data entry systems
4. Preferred: Prior experience or familiarity with the fitness/wellness industry
5. Required within 90 days: AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS)
6. Required within 6 months: AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Shift: Variable (United States of America)
Weekly Hours: 8
Work Hours: Tue/Thurs 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday 7:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Days Worked: Tuesday, Thursday, and rotating Saturday
Weekend Frequency: Variable weekends
