The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth running of their busy Belfast site. This is a key role within the facilities team, ensuring the internal maintenance engineers have everything they need to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the facilities and maintenance team.
* Order and manage spare parts and consumables; keep accurate records of stock levels.
* Raise and track purchase orders, process invoices and maintain supplier records.
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance work with internal engineers and external contractors.
* Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance logs, service contracts and compliance documents.
* Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries across the site.
About You
* Previous experience in a facilities, engineering, or maintenance administration role is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems to keep accurate records.
* Excellent communication skills to work effectively with engineers, suppliers and internal teams.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and keen attention to detail.
