Voids Team Leader
A great opportunity to work with a large housing provider’s maintenance team. Your time will be split between surveying void properties and owning the key‑to‑key process for homes within your area; creating schedules of works to ensure each void property is completed to high standards, and ensuring a team of around 10 multi‑skilled trades colleagues complete the required works efficiently and professionally.
Key experience:
* BTEC/HNC in Building Studies or equivalent construction industry experience.
* Experience leading and managing a multi‑skilled trades team, effectively driving performance through people.
* Experience delivering high quality customer service and dealing with difficult customers.
