Our client is a well-established not-for-profit trust, one of the UK’s largest organisations in their field, employing over 4,000 people. They are looking for a Category Manager: Third Party Operations (IT, Marketing and HR). This is a hybrid position.
The Role
* Drive implementation and continually review procurement strategy in IT, Marketing and HR
* Develop supplier relationships
* Optimise value and manage risk within the category
* Educate stakeholders and promote best practice procurement
The Candidate
* Strategy development
* Tendering
* Commercial and contract negotiations
* Supplier relationship management
* Knowledge of key commercial contract risks and opportunities
* Experience of IT, Marketing and HR
* Strong background in procurement/purchasing/buying roles
* Good level of education
Salary: GBP 55,60,000 depending on experience.
Location: Oxford. Commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Kidlington, Witney, Faringdon, Abingdon, Aylesbury, Didcot, Thatcham, Mana.
